- Description
- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 40,300 rentable square feet which will yield approximately 36,636 contiguous BOMA (usable) square feet of office space, to be used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in San Jose / Campbell, CA. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North - Stevens Creek Boulevard; South - Camden Avenue; East - Bascom Avenue; West - Winchester Boulevard. LEASE TERM: The lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with occupancy on or before January 31, 2006. REQUIRED: First Class office space on the second floor or higher in a quality building is solicited. The space must meet or be capable of meeting the Government's requirements for accessibility and seismic safety, and must not lie within a flood plain. The government requires a fully serviced lease and sufficient parking to accommodate the occupancy of the building by an office user. SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: Buildings must have a set-back from other buildings and vehicular traffic. The parking area must be able to be secured and the building must not have any parking under the building. Preference will be for a freestanding building. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Usable and Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square feet; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage; 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable; 5) Scale drawings of space offered or floor plans/elevations; 5) Name, address and telephone number of individual to be contacted; 6) Proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
