- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is requesting expressions of interest in approximately 13,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Class A Office Space for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). DELINEATED AREA: Offered Properties shall be within the city limits of Brockton, MA. TERM: ten (10) years, five (5) firm OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy as soon as possible OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building Name and Address, and location of space within the building. 2) Rentable Square Feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3) ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4) Contact information for Owner and Authorized Agent.
