Description

The work consists of cutting trees and brush to provide more growing spaces for selected trees on 282 acres. This is a one-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $200,000. In accordance with Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001 Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service and USDA, Forest Service are authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites are located in Cascades Resource Area, Salem District, Oregon. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 20%; and Payment Bond, 20%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 15, 2005. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
