- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a not to exceed contract to the Palace of Auburn Hills, 2 Championship Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 for the procurement of live, pre-game Swear in ceremony on the Detroit P istons court, new recruit opportunity to play on the Pistons official court for 1 hour and 45 minutes, presenting sponsor for two games on Pistons college night, will be a recognized sponsor of Pistons Michigan Heroes Program , year round hoops program sponsor, will sponsor the steps to success program for the Detroit Shock and will also provide the Michigan Army National Guard with a pre-game reception opportunity for 50 guests. In the absence of qualified sources able to meet our requirements for date and facilities, a contract will be awarded to the Palace Sports and Entertainment, under FAR Part 13.501. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
