Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The purchase request number is F73LRS43290100 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 532120, and the small business size standard is $21.5M. (v) This requirement consists of one Line Item: Fork Lift Rental. Quantity: 3 forklifts per month. (vi) Description: New Yale Model NR035AE, or Equal style. Must Contain: Capacity: 3,500 pound CAT 24 ft L.C. Mast lift: 272 inches. Overall height: 119 inches. Forks: 42 inch pallet. Equipped with: battery discharge indicator, hour meter, side shifter, headlights, strobe, back up alarm, dome/fan package, multi-function control handle, 5/8 inch thick floor mat, heavy duty brake system, 36 volt electrical system, 34 inch I.D. outrigger width, 48 inch load backrest. Power steering, battery connector, 16 inch lead length, battery compartment rollers, diagnostic fault code display, electrical power quick disconnect, overhead guard, tilt: carriage, 4 degree back and 3 degree forward, travel speed limit switch, 24 inch extend single reach assembly with 35.5 inch wide static discharge strap.
