- Marcell Field Laboratory Construction Upgrades to complete the Marchell Field Laboratory constructed in 2004. Construction includes the following upgrades: aggregate paving; lawns and grasses; finish carpentry; acoustical ceilings; resilient base tile and carpeting; laminate and wood laboratory casework and mechanical and electrical work. This list is not all inclusive. Project is located in Marcell, Minnesota, approximately 25 miles north of Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Solication documents should be available on or about March 16, 2005. Potential Offerors should reference NC-05-06, when requesting this solicitation. Requests may be submitted to: chulstrom@fs.fed.us or via facsimile at 651-649-5285. Telephone requests will not be honored. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). Contract is firm fixed-price, Total Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated price range: Less than $100,000.
