Description

Solicitation Number: N00421-04-T-0190. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a competitive, 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Purchase Order with options for hazardous material (HAZMAT) inspection, testing, and certification services associated with the disposal of F-14 aircraft production tooling, jigs, fixtures, Support Equipment (SE), Special Test Equipment (STE) and templates located at the Naval Air Systems Command Detachment (NAVAIR DET), Granite City, IL storage facility. The services to be obtained under this procurement include inspecting and testing designated items and certifying as to the positive or negative HAZMAT content of those items, as well as the reporting and documentation of HAZMAT material determinations in compliance with all existing local, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541380 and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is H215. See Numbered Note 27.
