The General Services Administration (GSA) currently leases 22,316 rentable square feet of office space along with one (1) parking space at 3300 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. This lease is expiring. The GSA has an interest in leasing approximately 19,688 rentable square feet of contiguous office space along with one (1) parking space in Phoenix, AZ. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 17,120 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
