Description

The work consists of dressing levee slope; lime/fly-ash slurry injections in levee embankment; establishment of turf to include rough dressing, fertilizing, and over seeding; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is b etween $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. There are eight (8) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with HubZone price evaluation preference for small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a smal l business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal year s not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS Code 237990. This solicitation will be available on or about 07 March 2005.
