Description

Project QJKL 10-0001, Erect Visitor Control Center and Main Gate, consists of (but is not limited to) providing all necessary site work, gates and fencing, utilities, landscaping, and erection of a guardhouse and visitor control center. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The estimated magnitude of acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period is 365 calendar days (45 days for submittal approvals and material ordering, and 320 days for actual on-site performance). The NAICS code is 236220, and the small business size standard is $28.5 million/year. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 07 March 2005 and proposals due on or about 06 April 2005. Dates are for estimating purposes only and may be revised as specified in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be evaluated as per the criteria identified in the Request for Proposal. It is our intent to post the solicitation, specifications, drawings and all required bid documents electronically to this FedBizOpps web site for vendors to download directly. A CD-Rom containing the entire solicitation package will also be available by email or fax requests only, to the individual identified herein. Requestors will be added to the plan holders list to receive any amendments issued. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office identified upon request and coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist.
