Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: Brand name or equal Item 1: Install Awning Non-Personal services to furnish all parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to build awnings at the Child Development center. Construct/Install Awning & Frame - 14'6" X 26" out of frame to be 1" alum. Trussed around with 4 - 2" legs. Cover True Brown Sunbrella Canvas with Vanilla Bias and Lettering 8" Item 2: Repair Awning Non-Personal services to furnish all parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to repair awnings at the Child Development center. Measure and Replace canopy over existing metal frame at Youth Center This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 314912 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 500 employees. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and Defense Change Notice 20041215. FOB: Destination for delivery to Bldg 1410 Mississippi Ave, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
