Description

Anticipate an RFP for an IQC (Indefinite Quantity Contract) for Synthetic Aircraft Turbine Engine Lubricating Oil. Item is commercial. NSN 9150-01-414-8141 55 gallon drums. QPL restrictions apply. Lot acceptance testing is required. This is a shelf life item and QAP 196 applies. Deliveries are for SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years. The FOB is destination and inspection and acceptance is also destination. The solicitation will not contain a quantity variance. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Surge requirement do not exist for this item. Solicitation (SP0406-05-R-1595) will be issued on or about April 1, 2004 and closing 30 days later.
