Description

The Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures with Amfuel, 601 Firestone Drive, Magnolia AR 71753 for 96 each 500-gallon fabric collapsible tanks for drinking water, NSN: 5430-01-507-2574, Part Number 91065 under 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Note 22). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with o nly one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Go vernment not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive p rocurement.
