Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure the following Firm Fixed Price, 5-year IDIQ for the PL-1408 Scan Interlace Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5855-01-054-9013, part of the Apache first generation FLIR Nigh t Vision System. The requirements include first article testing and various data requirements. The minimum buy is 300 units, and the maximum over the five-year period is 2750 each. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The small size standar d is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334418. It is intended to compete this acquisition through online reverse auction procedures. Delivery (with First Article Requirements) shall be 30 units 300 Days After Contract and 30 each month thereafter until completion. Delivery (without First Article Requirements) shall be 20 units 210 Days After Contract and 30 each month thereafter until c ompletion. The shipments are to be FOB Destination to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA.
