- Notice to negotiate with Harris Corporation, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY to extend the ordering period and contract ceiling of contract USZA22-00-D-0007 for the AN/PRC 150, Tactical radio with U.S. Type 1 voice and data encryption, Engineering Services, related spares and other variants under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency's Needs). The Harris Corporation is the original manufacturer and the only source with the technical ability to produce, maintain (provide spares and logistics support, etc.), for the AN/PRC-150. The extension will add a three-year hardware ordering period and the contract ceiling will be raised by $250 million from not to exceed (NTE) $153.4 million to NTE $403.4 million. This notice is not a request for proposal and may constitute the only official notice of this action. See numbered note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-NOV-2004).
