Description

Provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform janitorial and related services at the following locations: (1) Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, TX; (2) U.S. Court House, W. 10th & Lamar Streets, Fort Worth, TX; and (3) Federal Parking Garage, 401 Texas Street, Fort Worth, TX. The contract term is March 1, 2005, through February 28, 2006, with provisions for four additional one-year periods. This will be a performance-based acquisition, and will be acquired utilizing Source Selection procedures. The solicitation will be available for downloading on/or about December 17, 2004. Prospective offerors shall notify this office (via e-mail or fax) of their intent to submit an offer. It will be the offeror’s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The time and date for a pre-proposal conference will be noted in the solicitation package. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-DEC-2004).
