- This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The Oregon Army National Guard is in need of having catered meals provided at the training site located at Camp Rilea, Building 7024, Warrenton, Oregon. The selected contractor is to provide prepare d meals, to include condiments, plates, utensils, and napkins. The selected contractor will be serving approximately 50 breakfast meals each day on the dates of March 28-April 6, 2005, April 8, 2005, April 14-16, 2005, April 18, 2005 and April 24, 2005. 250 breakfast meals on April 7, 2005, April 9-13, 2005, and Apri l 17, 2005, and 90 breakfast meals each day on April 19-23, 2005. Lunch meals to be served each day will be approximately 50 meals from April 7-17, 2005 and 90 lunch meals each day on April 18-23, 2005. Dinner meals to be served each day will be approximately 50 meals each day from March 28-April 6, 2005 and April 17, 2005, 250 dinner meals each day on April 7-16, 2005, and 90 dinner meals each day on April 18-23, 2005. Performance period is to commence with breakfast on March 28, 2005 and ends with breakfast on April 24, 2005. The estimated total meals to be served are 3,000 for breakfast, 1,090 for lunch, and 3,590 for dinner. The maximum allowable cost is $7.00 for breakfast, $8.00 for lunch, and $9.00 for dinner. All products used in any portion of the meal must meet the mi nimum Federal/State requirements for that particular meal. The breakfast meals as a minimum need to consist of a main entr?e (meat), two sides, oatmeal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea and fruit juice. The lunch and dinner meals as a minimum need to consist of a main dish (meat), two sides (one must be a vegetable ), fresh salad, fresh fruit, dessert, milk, coffee, tea and punch. In addition, the selected contractor will have the option of either providing their own mobile kitchen or having Government furnished kitchen provided. If the selected contractor opts to use Government provided kitchen, the contractor will be bound by the terms and conditions as outlined in the solicitation. Contractors are to indicate in their submission if they intend to use Government furnished property. Requests for Quotations (RFQ) should be available on or about February 28, 2005. The due date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is March 15, 2005 by close of business to this office, USPFO for Oregon, ATTN: USPFO-P, PO Box 14350, 1776 Militia Way SE, S alem, OR 97309-5047. To have a qualifying quote the contractor must submit two (2) samples of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with their quote and be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR).
