Description

This contract is to provide two complete modular buildings including all plumbing, electrical, heating, siding, roofing, flooring, cabinets, and interior walls delivered to the site and placed on a foundation provided by the government. The government will provide the foundation and the electrical, water, and sewer to the building after the building is placed on the foundation. One building shall be approximately 24' x 30' and one building shall be approximately 24' x 36'. The modular buildings shall be delivered to the project site which is located approximately 12 miles east of the town of Big Pine, California, on State Highway 168 east by Westguard Pass. Building manufacturer shall be responsible for offloading the modular building onto a concrete or block perimeter foundation provided by the government. Modular buildings shall be manufactured and available for delivery by August 1, 2005. Delivery will be requested between August 1, 2005, and September 30, 2005. The government will give the contractor 3 weeks notice of a proposed delivery date. The buildings shall be delivered within 1 week of the proposed delivery date. The building shall be delivered on Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. The solicitation package and drawing will be uploaded on February 22, 2005.
