- NSN: 2910013689883. Governor, Diesel Engine. Made in accordance with Woodward Controls Inc. part number (78388) DYNA 10502-003-0-24. Quantity of 207 each to be delivered within 180 days to NAS Jacksonville, FL (44 each) and New Cumberland, PA (163 each). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of February 25, 2005. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Woodward Controls Inc. (78388). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
