- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease approximately 4,207 to 5,207 usable square feet of office space in Willowbrook, Illinois within the following boundaries: Central Business District of Willowbrook, Illinois [Seeking first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building.] The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous and on the second floor or higher. Occupancy is desired by March, 2005. The General Services Administration does not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
