Description
This is a revsion to SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE initially issued under W9126G-05-R-XXXX. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. This work will later be advertised under Solicitation No. W9126G-05-R-0011, Firm-Fixed Price construction contract(s) for one or more Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide efficient and expeditious execution of work plans, repair, alterations, and minor con struction work nationwide at U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Installations (Ft. Sam Houston, TX, Ft. Detrick, MD, and Walter Reed Army Medical Center) and Medical Facilities throughout the MEDCOM North Atlantic, Southeast, Great Plains, Western and Paci fic Regions including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii and Air Force Medical Facilities throughout the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Eastern and Western Regions including Alaska & Hawaii. Estimated total combined contract value of this procurement is No t-To-Exceed $50 Million. Total contract duration for each JOC (Base plus 4 Option Periods) is Not-To-Exceed 60 months. NAICS Code is 236210. Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 Million. Interested Offerors shall submit a one-page letter expressing th eir interest in this procurement and giving the following information: (1) Size/Type of Business (e.g., Large, Small, SDB, 8a, HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Small Disabled Vet Owned, etc.); (2) whether or not they feel it would be better for the nation to be divi ded into zones and how it should be divided (e.g., North & South, East & West, etc.) and their rationale for dividing up the nation in that way; (3) Offerors maximum bonding capability per contract.
