Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the modification of the fire sprinkler system in various areas at the Austin Service Center located in Austin, TX. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment required to modify the fire sprinkler system at the Austin Service Center, Submission Processing Building, 3651 S. IH-35, Austin, TX, 78741. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this service is 238220. The size standard is 12.0 million. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. To request a copy of the RFQ you may fax to 972-308-1928 or e-mail to karla.g.wheelan@irs.gov. You should include in your fax/e-mail the following information: company name and address, phone/fax numbers, point of contact, DUNS number and CAGE number. The RFQ will be available for release on or after March 1, 2005. Phone requests for the RFQ will not be honored.
