Description

EVERGLADES HYDROLOGY AND HUMAN IMPACTS STUDY: The United States Geological Survey intends to issue an order under other than full and open competition to Mr. Ewin A Roehl JR., ( Advanced Data Mining Services), 2123 Old Spartanburg Road, Greer, SC 29650. The purpose of the aquisition is to purchase technical services for the Everglades Hydrology and Human Impacts Study. Mr Roehl (Advanced Data Mining Services) has developed resources from previous studies that are in his possession and are required for the continuation of this study. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.302. No RFQ will be issued. Requests for additional information regarding this requirement MUST be in writing and submitted by fax or e-mail to (703) 648-7367 or phundley@usgs.gov.
