- Description
- The work required under this specification provides for park custodian services to include cleaning and mowing of Preston Recreation Area at Texoma Lake, Texas. Contractor is required to establish a residence on-site and remain on-site for the durat ion of the work period. Contractor shall personally perform all contract services. Work shall start April 1, 2005, with government options to extend three additional years. This procurement is advertised as a Commercial Item using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 7, 2005 and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge. Registration for plans and specifications must be made via our Internet home page at www.swt.usace.arm y.mil; select Contracting, Current Solicitations. No phone calls to order please.
