Description

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Mowing and Maintenance Services at Locks & Dam 53, in Grand Chain, IL. Services will be from 15 March, or date of contract award, whichever is later, through 31 December 2005. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for four one-year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, the four one-year periods will be from 01 January - 31 December 2006, 01 January - 31 Decemb er 2007, 01 January - 31 December 2008, and 01 January - 31 December 2009. This is a continuing funds contract. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561730 ($6.0 million). Award for this procurement will be based on best v alue to the Government. Factors to be considered are: Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 10 February 2005 and an approximate due date of 03 March 2005, 2:00 p.m. local time.
