Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please submit your offer by email to jonesk@sddc.army.mil. Please call with any questions or additional clarification of this requirement - POC Kathleen Jones at 703-428-3069. Work Statement: 1. Alarm System: a. Contractor will be required to maintain the daily operational functions, replace faulty equipment and have a company representative to personally respond to any alarm activations and equipment failures and must be able to repair or re place the necessary alarm system parts(located off site in Alexandria) same day of the required occurrence. Due to the classification of material, contractor must be able to provide 24/7 response and maintenance to support requirement. 2. Keri, Proximity Card Reader System: a. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Keri, Proximity Card Reader system used at the Command. The Contractor must be an approved authorized representative of the Keri Company and be able to obtain official Keri parts to support our sy stem. Contractor will be required to maintain the daily operational functions of the system to include, repairing, replacement of faulty equipment and be able to obtain parts for system within a timely manner. Contractor must be able to provide 24/7 respo nse and maintenance to support the operational functions of the system. b. Contractor will be required to respond when notified of problem with the proximity card reader system within a two hour time period to support the operational function and identify system problems. Contractor must have detailed knowledge of the Keri, (Access Control System) equipment, and working knowledge of operational functions system. The commands Keri system is an older unit and requires routine replacement of hard to obtain parts until system is totally replaced. 3. Closed Circuit Television Cameras: a. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining Closed Circuit Television monitoring equipment (CCTV) located throughout the command. Contractual agreement will require the Contractor to maintain, repair, rep lacement and updating outdated or faulty equipment of the system. Contractor must be able to provide 24/7 response and maintenance to support the operational functions of the system. Contractor will be required to respond when notified of a CCTV system f ailure within a two hour time period to support the operational function and identify problems. 4. Visitor Control Lighting System: a. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Visitor Control Lighting system. Contractor must be able to respond and obtain unescorted access granted with the proper security clearance level to maintain the operational functions of the system and to repair or replace equipment as necessary. Contractor must be able to provide 24/7 response and maintenance to support the operational functions of the system. Contractor will be required to respond when noti fied of a system problem with the Visitor Control Lighting system failure within a two hour time period to support the operational function and identify problems. 5. Security Classified Lighting System: Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Classified Lighting System.
