Description

The contractor shall be required to perform electrical modifications and alterations of facilities and real property by removing 67 existing 175-watt metal halide light fixtures at a single throughout a single building and replace them 250-watt metal halide fixtures. The contractor is required to provide the 250-watt fixtures and dispose of the 175-watt fixtures. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation is unrestricted and subject to availability of funds. It is a nticipated that the solicitation will result in a single award and be made to the offerer who provides the lowest price to the Government. NAICS are 238210/$12.0 Million.
