Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and DFARS Change Notice 20030722 Edition. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. DFARS 252.204-7004. The Air Force is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Quarterly economic forecast of national indices, to be delivered via web and access by Air Force and other DoD users (on a Firm Fixed Price). Work will be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance will consist of one base year and four Option years. The Baseyear: 31 March 2005 - 30 March 2006. Proposals should be sent to ASC/PKWRM BLDG 1 AREA C 1940 ALLBROOK DRIVE STE 3 WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB OH 45433-5309, Attn: Athan Okwuoha no later than 11am est on 17 February 2005.
