Description

The VA Medical Center Huntington West Virginia requires the services of a home IV therapy contractor. This is 100% small business set aside. Base period 3-1-05 to 2-28-06 with three optional renewal periods of one year each to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 621610. Contract type firm fixed price. In order to assure equal treatment to all quoters, technical questions regarding this solicitation must be provided to the contracting officer in writing by mail, fax or email. Verbal questions will not be addressed. Do not contact the VAMC Huntington with questions. Electronic solicitation is available for immediate download.
