Description

USDA Forest Service, North Central Research Station, St. Paul, MN., anticipates awarding a Performance Based Service Contract with a Firm Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number 101SE05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541430. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide electronic formatting and page layout of the text and graphics for seven general technical reports. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must now be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
