- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Maritime Tailored Support Team is preparing a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside solicitation which will include approximately thirty one NSNs. The DSCC Maritime TST is seeking companies who are interested in being included on the mailing list when this solicitation is formally issued. The Contracting Specialist has thoroughly reviewed the listing and has determined that none of the following are applicable to any of these NSNs: (Critical Safety Items, National Industries for the Blind / National Industries for the Severely Handicapped, Specialty Materials, Hazardous Materials, First Article Test, Qualified Parts List and/or NSNs with an Acquisition Method Code and Acquisition Method Suffix Coding other than 1 G (competitive items)). All NSNs are competitive and made to drawings which are available from the United States Government. IMPORTANT: In the upcoming DSCC SDVOSB Set-Aside solicitation in the Maritime Acquisition Group, access to some of bidset/drawing packages may be restricted and a Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification number is required, as well as DSCC Data Custodian status to view restricted drawings. https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil/ If you do not have access to restricted drawings, please complete a DD Form 2345 right away. The contract will cover NSNs within the following Federal Supply Classes (FSC) 1710, 1720, 1740, 4710, 4720 and 4730. The approximate number of NSNs is thirty one with an Annual Demand Value (ADV) of $637,170.50 and a five-year total of approximately $3.2M.
