Description
NSN: 1095010133419, Plug Assembly, Rack, (Plug and Pin Assembly) made in accordance with Beowulf Corporation (30383) part number 8900986. This is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with an estimated annual quantity of 12,850 each to be delivered to various stock locations within the CONUS. Delivery orders will specify quantities and destinations. Desired delivery schedule is for up to 8000 to be delivered within 120 days and additional shipments of 1000 each every 30 days, if necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The acquisition is 100% set aside for HUBZone concerns. See Notes 1, 26, and 27. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of February 22, 2005. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees.Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: BEOWULF Corporation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
