Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to repair the Training Tank at USCG Station Sabine, Jefferson County, TX. Pool repairs will consist of but will not be limited to: a) Drain pool and prep for repairs to approximately sixty (60) foot cracks located at bottom of pool and repairs can be made utilizing a polymer sealing system injected into the cracks; b) Finish surface of work area to blend or match existing finish; c) Remove two (2) existing skimmers and replace with two new skimmers; d) Skimmers are to be tested for leaks and refill pool; and e) All disturbed soil and grass around pool shall be replaced. The performance period is thirty (30) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238110, with a size standard of $12.0 million.
