- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires reusable shipboard containers meeting the requirements as identified in the Statements of Work. A 5-year Firm Fixed Price-Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. CLIN 0001: 10kW Traveling Wave Tube Reusable Shipboard Containers, minimum quantity 60 each and a maximum quantity of 250; CLIN 0002: Continuous Wave Illuminator Wave Tube Reusable Shipboard Containers, minimum quantity of 13 each and a maximum of 76; CLIN 0003: Crossed Field Amplifier Reusable Shipboard Containers, a minimum quantity of 30 each and a maximum quantity of 306; CLIN 0004: Switch Tube Reusable Shipboard Containers, a minimum quantity of 87 and a maximum quantity of 1000. Delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC-Crane, Crane, Indiana 47522, within sixty days after receipt of orders. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. The request for proposal will be issued employing! full and open competition procedures with 100% set-aside for small business. Contract ordering period is for a five-year period from award date of contract. Offerors will be required to submit past performance and price proposals. Award will be on a best value basis. RFP will be available for download at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/homepage.htm on or around 22 February 2005. Closing date will be on or around 15 Mar 2005. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the ?Submit Bid? does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
