Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Defense Contracting Command- Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Army Command and Control Support Agency intends to issue a purchase order for a Spectra Logic T950 and RX model t ape and disk library system for unclassified information storage. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $1.0 million dollars. Offerors must ensure that the provision at 52-212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items is filled out and re turned with your proposal.
