Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addition information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FCEG250060500 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23. (v) Contract line items will consist of Preventive Maintenance, Technical Inspection, Routine Repair, Emergency Repair, Material for Repair, See attached bid schedule. (vi) The line items listed prior are for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Automatic sliding doors, see attached statement of work. (vii) Dates for inspection repair and maintenance and places will vary throughtout the Kaiserslautern communtiy. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated price and technically acceptable. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer, which can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (xvi) All offers are due no later than 1600 hours, 22 Feb 05, Rhines Ordnance Barracks, Bldg 164, Room 305.
