Description

This is Draft Request For Proposal (RFP) HC1013-05-R-2001 for the Enterprise Business Modernization (EBM) Project for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO). Attached to this notice is the Draft RFP, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Capability Requirements Document (CRD), Small Business Information, and List of Deliverables. Vendors can also access this Draft RFP and Attachments via DITCO's Contracting Opportunities Website https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/requirements.asp. There is no requirement for vendors to submit a proposal for this Draft RFP. However, small businesses interested in submitting a proposal as a prime contractor to the final RFP, if issued, are requested to complete Atch J-3, Small Business Information, not later than 4:00pm, CST, Wednesday, 24 Nov 2004. Request vendors submit questions/comments on the Draft RFP to the DITCO Contracts electronic mailbox at ditco@scott.disa.mil not later than 4:00pm, CST, Wednesday, 24 Nov 2004. The Government may not publish the responses to the vendor questions/comments prior to the release of the Final RFP. DITCO POCs are Deborah (Debbie) E.
