Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 7,101 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 6,174 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is April 1, 2006, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded by North ? 8th Street; South ? US Hwy. 82/7th St./5th .; East ? Prince Ave. then east on 2nd St. then South on Davis Ave.; West ? Interstate Hwy 75 Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee and visitor parking consisting of 34 surface parking spaces on site for employees and patrons. A new construction site must meet 50? set back requirements from building to parking lot.
