Description: Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP IDIQ) contract for only the production of 3,166 advanced AN/PRC-150(C) High Frequency Manpack Radios (HFMR), components, tools, and test equipment. Operator and maintainer training for HFMR is also included. This solicitation will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation. Performance is to commence 31 January 2005.
