It is hereby amended as follows: System: CH-47, pron: AX5T6008, Nomenclature: Tester, Lihgt Low OI, NSN:4920-01-395-2216, P/N:LTCT28600-01. The current known quantity for this item is changed from 26 each to 86 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five (5) years for a total maximum quantity of 430 each. Delivery schedule is 86 each, 135 Days After Contract Award(DACA). This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., CAGE Code 06848, b ecause this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source specified on a source control or selected item drawing.
