Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20050113. Elmendorf AFB requires 300 each Underbody Blades for snowplows Model number (CAT PN# 5-D9558) and 100 ea Underbody serrated blades model number (CAT PN# 132-1072) The contractor shall furnish the following supplies and quantities and deliver them to Elmendorf AFB, FOB Destination (BRAND NAME ONLY). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
