Description
The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for Physician, Allied Health, Advanced Practice Nurse, Nursing, Technologist, Technician, Assistant and Travel at the Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA and Oak Harbor, WA and their associated Branch Medical Clinics. Expansion may further include other healthcare workers for other Federal activities including BMC Bangor, WA; BMC Everett, WA. The resulting contracts may be used by other Federal agencies in Washington, Orgeon, Alaska and Hawaii in addition to the Navy. Multiple awards are contemplated. Personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts are contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is: 31,600 hours of Physician services; 34,332 hours of Allied Health services; 8,320 hours of Advanced Practice Nurse services; 69,520 hours of Nurse services; 4,160 hours of Technologist services and 42,220 hours of Technician services. The maximum quantity is approximately 794,772 hours of services. See Numbered Note 1. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil when released sometime in February 2005.
