Description

Addition to combined/synopsis for conference room with audiovisual equipment: Compiled Questions and Answers Q. What is the number of attendees for this conference? A. There will be 18 attendees at this conference. Q. Are there any sleeping rooms needed with this conference room? A. Only a conference room including audiovisual equipment is needed. Q. Is there any food or beverage service needed? A. Food or beverage is not required. Q. What is the size of the conference room requested? A. The Government intends to utilize the expertise of the contractor in maintaining a reasonable size of the conference room needed for 18 attendees. Q. What is the seating arrangement requested? A. The Government prefers that the 18 attendees be seated in a accordance with a clear visual of the powerpoint slides. Q. What is the breakdown of the audiovisual equipment? A. (1) One laptop is required for presentation of power point slides (2) Brightness of projector must serve the purpose of the audience to clearly see the content on the screen (3) Internet connection for one computer (4) The projector screen must be a reasonable size for the members of the audience to see the presentation
