Description: This is a Sole Source procurement to extend an existing contract with Geo-Centers, Inc. until 01 March 2006 for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency?s Operational Information Management System (OIMS). The current contract DTRA01-00-C-0109 requires the customization, configuration, development, and integration of both commercial off the shelf and specialized software, hardware and installation, maintenance, operation, support, and training for the OIMS. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
