Description: The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on 1/18/05 or 1/19/05. "TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED". Install new wood railers, clean removed copper and reinstall. Remove copper in final stairway and observation room. Remove nailers. Replace with new nailers and clean and replace copper. This contract is subject to Davis Bacon Wage & Labor rates. General Decision Number: PA030016 will apply. There will be a site visit for this project on 2/10/05 at 10:00 AM. Interested parties will meet at the Maintenance complex at 405 Taneytown Road, Gettysburg, PA Insurance certificate will be required. Payment Bond will be required Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 -- $100,000
