- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the purchase of 29 ea Frequency Converter applicable to the AN/ALQ-161 System in the support of the B-1B aircraft for NSN: 5895-01-224-2725EW; P/N: 437930-2 with 3 out year options all with quantities ranging from 1 ea ? 30 ea. Government?s required delivery is 6 months ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to AIL SYSTEMS INC. DBA EDO ? ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS GROUP, 455 COMMACK ROAD, DEER PARK, NY 11729-4591 (Cage Code 00752) under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
