Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordence with the format in Subart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation 701815B001 is issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB)). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistions Circular#2001-25b. The US Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 7 (Alaska) is requesting bids to provide local telephone service for its regional office located at 1011 E Tudor Rd Anchorage, AK and to install a 23 Channel PRI circuit. A portion of the DID circuits will provide local phone service to our local filed office at 3601 C St, Anchorage,AK. This project will include the following: SCOPE: This contract is for one base year plus four optional years with price based on a five year pricing schedule. DID Service, With Foreign Listings 1 ea and Additional Listings-business E. Remove existing DSS Circuit and install 23 Channel PRI Circuit. Installation will include the install, termination and test of the entire circuit. 2. Option Year One A. Local Business Line-Individual 6 ea B. 23 Channel PRI Circuit 1 ea C.
