- Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services, Contractor shall provide all plant facilities, personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, any other items and services necessary to perform Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services in accordance with industry standard practices. The base linen exchange provides the base exchange point for all items authorized. The base laundry and dry cleaning contractor collects the items form the laundry and dry cleaning service provider and returns the items to the linen exchange point. Period of Performance: Base Year (7 months) 1 March 05 thru 30 September 05 with four one-year options. This project is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812320. The size standard is $4 million. The solicitation will be posted at FedBiz Ops (http://www.eps.gov) electronically, on or about 26 January 2005. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) database prior to award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
