Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, brand name only, firm fixed price contract to Essex Cryogenics, 8007 Chivvis Drive; St. Louis, MO 83123-2395 for the following: Six (6) each, Deployable Patient Liquid Oxygen Converter, Part# 50C-0021-1 for AFMLO/FOW, Kelly USA, 601 Davy Crockett Road, Bldg. 1534, San Antonio, TX 78226. No substitutes will be accepted. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
