Description

The pre-proposal conference and site visit procurement for the solicitation resulting in the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation, minor engineering/design and new construction services will be held as originally schedule: Date: January 11, 2005 Time: 10:00 am Location: Cheoah Ranger District Work center 1133 Massey Branch Road Robbinsville, NC 28771 Telephone: 828-479-6431 Abstract for the inital (seed) project: Tsali Campground 4-Unit Bath-house Construction - project consists of the construction of a 11' x 24'6" four unit toilet/shower block building w/ stone veneer and gable roof with architectural shingles. Supporting utilities include 250 LF of underground secondary power, 2" dia. water main and 2,000 gal. Price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project location: Tsali Campground off State Highway 28, 20 miles north-east of Robbinsville NC. Proposals will be due February 7, 2005, COB 4:30 EST. Location of projects: Determined by the various project locations; primarily in Western North Carolina.
